Our Team

We are a very close tight team and although really we are all quite different in some ways, we all think along the same wave lengths and pick up what each other is putting down. Believe it or not, we are normal people that are working hard for you.

Toby has a real passion for the great outdoors and in particular hunting and fishing, and had a rural upbringing including being thrown on his sisters horses when they were playing up.

He enjoys a good laugh and a bit of fun but when it’s time to get serious and get the job done it’s a “boots on, switch on” attitude. He prides himself on being able to get the tough deals across the line and thinking outside the square to make things happen.

Krystal grew up between Australia and NZ’s west coast and comes from farming families. She is our secret weapon in the office. Krystal is busy enough with being a Mum and work but still manages to find time to get involved in sport, whether that’s watching the kids or getting out there doing it herself.

One thing we also have in common is the love for rural real estate, great people and amazing interesting properties. We really look after all our clients with a team approach, and two heads are better than one!
